This position centers on keeping the warehouse organized, supporting daily operations, and upholding safety standards. Role overview Warehouse Associates handle a range of tasks, from receiving shipments to preparing materials for delivery or customer pickup. The job requires strong organizational habits, effective communication, and a focus on maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Daily responsibilities include using warehouse equipment and company systems to track inventory. What you will do Receive and unload materials, check counts against purchase orders, and inspect for damage. Organize and store inventory to keep the warehouse tidy. Prepare materials for installation, shipping, or pickup. Track inventory using company software and paperwork. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and saws. Perform light fabrication tasks when needed. Take on other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. Able to safely lift up to 75 pounds overhead and climb ladders with loads. At least one year of warehouse experience preferred. Valid Driver's License and a good driving record. Willingness to obtain a Class E license for company box trucks. Forklift experience is a plus.
