Qualifications
Requirements:Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of the shift. Frequent bending is required. Flexibility to work up to 12-hour shifts as needed. Experience operating a front-end loader is a plus. Forklift experience is mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.2 years of experience operating heavy equipment is advantageous.

General Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as a Soil Supplement Production Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of high-quality mineral supplements used to enhance soil health.
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $19.00.
Primary Duties:
- Fill bags with the finished product.
- Seal and palletize bags for shipping.
- Wrap completed pallets securely.
- Transport pallets to the warehouse using a Fork Truck.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and processing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Participate in production line start-up, shut-down, and continuous cleanup.
