At Kruger, we are looking for a Technical Support Systems Consultant to ensure the functionality and security of our internal systems, networks, and technological platforms.
Work Mode: On-site
Requirements: Degree in Technology or completed university studies in Systems/Telecommunications.
Experience in:
- Administration of email platforms (Google Workspace)
- Management of physical and digital asset inventories
- Technical information backups
- Data network support
- Installation and updating of licensed, free, and proprietary software; basic hardening and post-installation checklist
- Help desk support: ticket handling, classification, resolution, root cause documentation, adherence to SLA/OLA
- End-user technology support: TVs/monitors, laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi repeaters, IP/mobile phones, peripherals
- Equipment monitoring: health alerts, antivirus updates; executing preventive actions
Required Knowledge:
- Inventory management for asset management
- Windows 10/11, basic knowledge of macOS/Linux; remote access tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer)
