What does the role entail?
We are in search of an accomplished and client-focused Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Business Consultant to collaborate with the Director of Professional Services. Your mission will be to lead transformative engagements that deliver substantial outcomes within our Intelligence Driven Operations Services (IDOS). This position requires a blend of business analysis, FCC operational expertise, and client advisory, ensuring operational excellence in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Screening environments.
Your impact will be significant:
- Facilitate workshops with clients to gather business requirements and define transformation goals.
- Map current and future processes for KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, and Investigations.
- Conduct operational assessments aligning with technology implementations and service transitions.
- Enhance alert triage and investigation workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Develop improved operating models that boost efficiency, governance, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Spot opportunities to integrate automation and AI for increased operational effectiveness and enhanced user experience.
- Champion user adoption initiatives and coordinate stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Create business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and other implementation artifacts.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Identify operational risks, regulatory challenges, and control deficiencies.
- Provide expert guidance to senior client stakeholders.
- Create high-level reports and transformation roadmaps for executive review.
- Travel globally as required for workshops and client engagements.
