Join our dynamic Customer Care department, comprising four dedicated teams providing 24/7 first-level support for all inquiries from Audi customers and prospects, as well as selected requests from Audi partners. We efficiently handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, website, social media, email, mail, and fax, while ensuring accurate data management in our CRM system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to complex verbal and written customer inquiries and emergency calls for the Audi brand
- Entering and updating customer data in our databases
- Managing customer correspondence using standard templates and personalized messages
- Collaborating with relevant internal and external departments within Audi Customer Care Germany to ensure the accurate and timely processing of requests
