Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Human Capital team. This role involves managing recruitment activities, which include engaging with candidates, coordinating interview and travel schedules, and overseeing pre-employment processes. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and employees. While supporting recruitment efforts across the company, this position will specifically partner with the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division. The Recruiter will handle full-cycle recruitment for positions at all levels—ranging from internships to senior roles.
This position will also lead the structure, planning, and execution of D. A. Davidson’s Investment Banking and Equity Research internship programs within ECM, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with universities, academic partners, and early-career talent pipelines.
