Role Overview
The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in capturing the insights of both physicians and patients to guide our product strategies. This position is crucial for overseeing innovation and sustaining efforts for our commercial offerings, supporting product launches, shaping the long-term vision, and developing demonstration models. We seek an individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to adapt strategically in a fast-paced environment. While this role is primarily based in our headquarters, we are open to hybrid and remote work arrangements to accommodate our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Product Leadership:
- Act as the product and procedural champion for the CVAC System, offering technical expertise to Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on procedural best practices, integrating insights from surgeons, sales, clinical specialists, field trainers, and R&D to identify educational needs.
- Develop and refine standardized procedural narratives and techniques that articulate product value and differentiate from competitors.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of procedural education, enhancing training materials, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with R&D and Regulatory teams to create and maintain comprehensive Instructions for Use (IFU) documentation.
