Preserve specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and adhering to Natera protocols, including isolation procedures. Document collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting collection times while maintaining daily collection records in the Natera system. Ensure quality results by consistently following Natera's procedures and testing schedules; document outcomes in the quality-control log and report necessary changes and KPIs to management biweekly. Foster a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to established standards and regulations. Address unusual test orders by liaising with physicians, pathologists, nursing stations, or reference laboratories; refer unresolved orders back to the originating party for further clarification, keeping the internal Natera team informed.
