This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals adept in soil sampling, groundwater monitoring well installation, rock coring, and both air and mud rotary drilling techniques.Key Responsibilities:• Operate truck or track-mounted drilling rigs or Geoprobe units• Conduct routine maintenance and perform minor mechanical repairs on tools and equipment• Engage in various non-drilling technical tasks, including treatment system installations, maintenance activities, and groundwater samplingQualifications:• A minimum of 15 years of experience as a lead driller utilizing truck or track-mounted rotary drill rigs• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving history and capability to pass a drug screening• Completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required• Willingness to travel as required• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour construction safety training is preferred but not mandatory• Welding skills are an advantage• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., excavator, bulldozer) is a plusCompensation: The hourly wage ranges from $30 to $40, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Benefits: At LaBella, we prioritize the well-being of our employees through a holistic benefits package that encompasses health, wellness, and financial security.
