About the Position We are in search of a Lead Scientific Program Manager to spearhead and coordinate our strategic research initiatives across Arc Institute. This role will be pivotal in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects that span our Technology Centers, which include cellular models, mammalian models, genome engineering, multi-omics, computational biology, and machine learning. A key aspect of this position is facilitating cross-functional and cross-institutional collaboration to ensure the continual progress of Arc's most intricate programs. You will conduct regular meetings across Technology Centers, engage with Core Investigator groups, and collaborate with institute leadership—identifying and resolving obstacles, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring alignment among teams working towards common scientific objectives. As Arc's research endeavors expand in both scope and ambition, this coordination role becomes increasingly vital for successful execution.
