Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a proactive Founding Sales & Partnerships Lead who will spearhead customer acquisition and partner engagement at Bizly. Your expertise lies in identifying the right buyers, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. You possess the unique ability to simultaneously manage operations while paving the way for future growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by rapid shipping, learning, iteration, and delivery.
This is a pivotal ownership role where you will not just inherit a pipeline, but actively build and shape it.
What You'll Own
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure clients who require Bizly for their essential in-person experiences.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage distribution partnerships to drive demand at scale.
- The Playbook: Discover effective strategies, document processes, and create a scalable model for future team members.
- The Feedback Loop: Maintain close relationships with customers to gather insights that will influence product development.
