Your responsibilities will include developing and refining assembly standards, adhering to ESD protocols, assisting with debugging and rework, and ensuring that our prototypes and tested hardware maintain optimal reliability. In this role, you will report directly to the Technician Lead.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and sustain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and repair processes.Devise calibration, alignment, and torque-validation protocols.Diagnose mechanical and electrical integration challenges across humanoid robot subsystems.Oversee inventory management, tool calibration, and the organization of work areas.Collaborate with engineering on failure analysis, rework, and maintenance documentation.Assist in system-level validation and ensure field-test readiness of prototype robots.Qualifications We SeekA technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or precision electromechanical systems.Demonstrated experience in R&D or prototype manufacturing environments.Proficient in mechanical assembly, harness integration, and conducting diagnostic tests using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and torque tools.Solid understanding of EtherCAT, CAN, and sensor networks.Ability to document and standardize procedures to ensure repeatability and traceability.Preferred QualificationsExperience with advanced robotics systems and interdisciplinary collaboration.
