Role overview The Senior Technical Program Manager - Software Release Process will join the Software Release Management team. The main focus is to deliver reliable, high-quality software releases for multiple vehicle programs. This includes designing and improving automation tools that support feedback and release workflows. The position also involves building technical infrastructure to manage data from sources such as technical bugs, field reports, and customer feedback, all to enable smooth monthly over-the-air (OTAi) software updates. What you will do Lead the design and optimization of automation tools that support software release and feedback cycles. Create systems to integrate and process data from technical bugs, field reports, and customer feedback. Help deliver consistent monthly OTAi updates across various vehicle platforms. Work closely with engineering teams to improve workflows and raise release quality. Requirements Experience managing complex engineering projects with JIRA. Interest in automation and AI-integrated tools aimed at process improvement. Ability to develop scalable systems that support efficient issue resolution and dependable software releases.
