Your Role
As a QC Physicochemical Lab Analyst at RAFARM, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the quality and reliability of our products by executing a variety of laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and final products. You will play a vital role in enhancing our quality control processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine analysis of samples employing various laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Accurately document and interpret data, reporting any discrepancies or non-conformities.
- Execute investigations and troubleshoot laboratory testing issues.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods.
- Support the upkeep and continuous enhancement of the laboratory quality management system.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or similar industry as a laboratory analyst.
- Proficient in analytical techniques and instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc.
- Experience in method development and validation will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of GMP and GLP regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data recording and interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
