Position: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Oxnard, CaliforniaJob Type: Full-TimeWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMCompensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefitsRole OverviewAs a Remote LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality virtual mental health care to clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Utilizing a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, you will deliver therapy services and serve as a reliable source of support and direction.Core Responsibilities: Perform thorough psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and record-keeping Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies Engage in routine clinical team meetings and case evaluations (if applicable) Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice Requirements: Active California LCSW license in good standing Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience Proficient with technology and telehealth platforms Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Able to work autonomously while maintaining client engagement
