Practice Overview: • Full-time hours: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available.• No call or weekend responsibilities.• Physicians deliver cutting-edge wound management in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Regular weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles range from 4 to 5 days weekly.• This is a mobile position; physicians will travel to facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, managing approximately 20-30 patients.• Clinical documentation occurs in real-time during patient rounds using our specialized EMR system.• Onboarding includes paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship.• W2 employment contract (Visa sponsorship not available).
