What you will do
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
- Assist with reservations and keep guest records up to date
- Answer questions about hotel amenities and available services
- Offer information on local attractions and provide directions
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Communicate clearly in both English and French to serve a diverse group of guests
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Background in hospitality or customer service is an asset
- Ability to remain calm and helpful when addressing guest concerns
- Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
