In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a diverse team to drive analysis, execute strategies, and deliver insightful reporting. Your contributions will extend to various ad hoc projects that are vital to our Asset Management operations.Core ResponsibilitiesAnalysisLead and support analyses with external consultants across appraisals, insurance, and property tax, providing actionable recommendations.Conduct assessments of fund performance, asset sensitivities, market trends, and debt structuring.Collaborate with Investment and Development teams to support acquisition and disposition analysis.Work closely with Property Management, Leasing, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to develop and update cash flow and Argus valuation models.Strategy ExecutionAssist in the analysis of value-add strategies for our commercial portfolio.Perform sensitivity analyses to determine the financial impact of various strategies including intensification, re-leasing, and capital improvements.Conduct market research on comparable sales in partnership with the Investment team and external brokers.ReportingCoordinate with Finance, Investments, and FP&A teams for ongoing reporting initiatives.Prepare presentation materials for internal management and investor clients in collaboration with the FP&A team.Engage in cross-functional efforts during reforecasting and budgeting processes.
