We prioritize quality in both functionality and user experience.We seek a designer who can seamlessly transition between Figma and code. Whether sketching in Figma in the morning or submitting a pull request in the afternoon, your versatility is essential.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and refine our offerings. You’ll take ownership of design challenges, ensuring they are addressed from inception to deployment. This involves utilizing Figma when appropriate and coding when necessary. Your proximity to engineering will allow you to review implementations and advocate for quality, making adjustments yourself when feasible.In this role, you will contribute to defining what excellence means at Elicit, enhancing our design system, engaging in critiques, and elevating the quality of our outputs.This is a close-knit team, and your design sensibility will influence our products and help establish a benchmark for quality in our work.
