Role Overview
As a Floor Leader at Lush, you will be instrumental in supporting the Store Management Team across various business functions. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, overseeing store operations, analyzing performance metrics, and facilitating training sessions. Collaborating with fellow leaders, you will ensure that every facet of the store operates efficiently, delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a motivated team, and achieving operational excellence.
Your time will predominantly be spent on the shop floor, where you will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, pushing them to surpass their targets. By nurturing a culture of enthusiasm and positivity, you will help cultivate a productive and enjoyable work environment that results in satisfied customers and a happy workforce. - Driving Sales: Leverage StoreForce dashboard insights to coach and guide the sales team effectively, making necessary adjustments to the shop floor layout to achieve and surpass sales targets.
