About the Role
In our fast-paced environment, we are in search of a Strategic Partnerships Leader who will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our publisher ecosystem. This position involves collaborating with prominent digital brands in sectors such as news, personal finance, insurance, and comparison shopping. Your efforts will be vital in broadening our reach and attracting high-intent insurance shoppers to our marketplace.
This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a high-impact, performance-oriented setting, enjoys managing partnerships, and possesses a knack for analyzing data to scale successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and negotiate supply-side partnerships with leading publishers and digital media platforms.
- Enhance distribution channels including editorial, SEO, marketplace, and personal finance.
- Oversee API, S2S, postback, pixel, and programmatic integrations for effective click, lead, and call distribution.
- Ensure traffic quality and adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
- Evaluate funnel metrics such as RPL, EPC, CTR, conversion rates, bind rates, and partner-level trends.
- Act as a liaison between external partners and internal product, engineering, creative, and analytics teams.
- Provide market insights and partner requirements to shape the product roadmap and supply strategy.
Compensation
- On-target earnings exceeding $200,000
- Attractive compensation structure with significant variable upside
- Equity in the form of stock options
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital partnerships, publisher development, affiliate management, or marketplace supply roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing and monetization models (CPC, CPL, CPA, revenue share, pay-per-call).
- Proven experience collaborating with insurance or financial publishers and optimizing traffic at scale.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, postbacks, S2S tracking, and attribution/measurement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex partner reports and funnel data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a talent for influencing cross-functional teams.
- A high commitment to quality, compliance, and transparent performance insights.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
