The Video Partnerships Manager at Mediabrands leads national video purchasing efforts as part of the Video Partnerships team in New York. This manager oversees video buys, reviews campaign delivery reports, and evaluates performance data. The position also includes mentoring team members, supporting their growth, and assessing their performance. Building strong client relationships and exploring new partnership opportunities beyond standard paid media are central to the role.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Associate Director in managing and strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve and surpass client KPIs.
- Prepare status updates for client meetings, including recommendations via email and buying presentations.
- Develop and present Points of View (POVs) on opportunities that advance client interests.
- Stay informed about each client’s business and competitive landscape to identify advertising needs.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring negotiations deliver strong value and efficiency.
- Lead media negotiations across multiple channels and work with partners on promotional opportunities.
- Monitor programming trends and market conditions to refine negotiation strategies.
