Your Role
As a rapidly growing company, Cape recognizes the importance of building the right team for our success. As our inaugural Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in this endeavor — discovering, engaging, and delivering exceptional technical talent for our pipeline. We seek a Technical Sourcer adept at identifying high-potential candidates, cutting through the noise, and crafting outreach messages that elicit responses. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine our sourcing strategy and take ownership of pipeline generation for key technical positions.
Your Impact
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key technical roles, including Software Engineering and Security.
Deliver high-quality candidate pipelines and work alongside recruiters to facilitate successful hires.
Quickly calibrate your understanding of ideal candidates and initiate outreach within a week of project kickoff.
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Ashby, and Gem to identify and engage candidates.
Craft personalized outreach that resonates with Cape’s values and tone.
