Overview
The Technical Solutions Consultant II role is designed for mid-experienced professionals keen on supporting our demand partners through client interactions and data analysis. Candidates should possess a blend of technical proficiency and client-facing experience. This position utilizes consultative, analytical, and technical skills to pinpoint opportunities and collaborate with both internal and external teams to implement optimization strategies for our demand partners. Prior experience in Ad Tech and managing customer relationships is preferred.
This pivotal role drives the success of our exchange by developing and executing strategies in collaboration with our demand partners. You will work closely with Partner Managers and Product teams to manage the implementation of new features with existing Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain DSP relationships from a technical standpoint
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities through data analytics
- Oversee investigations or projects related to DSP accounts
- Collaborate with commercial teams to boost revenue within your portfolio
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field
