About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to help sculpt our financial strategy and propel our growth trajectory. This pivotal role merges finance, data, and strategic insight, transforming complex data into actionable insights that promote smarter decisions, increased efficiency, and sustainable growth.
At Radar, finance is not just a back-office function; it is a strategic engine. You will work collaboratively with leaders across the organization, influencing major decisions, and playing a crucial role in scaling our operations towards achieving $100M ARR.
This position reports to our CFO/COO and is based at our Flatiron HQ in NYC. We maintain an in-office presence Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive ARR reporting across various segments and product lines, providing precise, decision-ready insights.
Create and maintain dashboards (using Looker, Geckoboard) to monitor ARR and essential SaaS metrics (NRR, LTV/CAC, magic number).
Enhance long-term financial modeling, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
Develop models to facilitate planning, fundraising, and board discussions.
Collaborate with the CFO/COO and executive team on analyses related to pricing strategies, unit economics, workforce planning, and more.
