About the job
At Headway, we are on a transformative mission to revolutionize mental health care accessibility. Our innovative technology connects individuals with exceptional therapists through the first software-enabled national network of providers that accept insurance.
In the United States, 1 in 4 individuals suffer from a treatable mental health condition, yet many providers do not accept insurance, creating financial barriers to therapy. We, at Headway, are committed to dismantling these barriers by simplifying the process for therapists to accept insurance and expand their practices.
Founded in 2019, Headway has rapidly evolved into a diverse national network comprising over 60,000 mental health care providers across all 50 states, serving more than 1 million patients. As a Series D company with over $325 million in funding from esteemed investors such as a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures, and Health Care Service Corporation, we are poised for further growth.
We strive to make your tenure here the most rewarding experience of your career. Join us in our endeavor to enhance mental health care for all.
