The Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with our business, operations, and engineering teams to ensure potential clients fully grasp Rain’s capabilities and swiftly transition from interest to deployment. This pivotal, cross-functional position combines product expertise, customer understanding, and strong communication skills. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between client needs and our technical roadmap, helping us scale solutions engineering as we expand.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee customer implementations from initial technical discovery through to production deployment.
- Diagnose client technical issues and deliver hands-on support for Rain's platform integrations.
- Engage in customer discussions regarding API functionalities and assist clients in navigating Rain’s platform development.
- Work with product and engineering teams to channel structured customer feedback and impact roadmap decisions.
- Advocate for customer needs within the engineering team, escalating and addressing issues as needed.
