You will play a crucial role in this recruitment effort, operating as an individual contributor within our established recruiting team.Your key responsibilities include:Collaborating closely with our Founder/CEO and leadership team to ascertain hiring needs and align with business objectives.Developing and managing talent pipelines of exceptional engineers who excel in customer-facing and ambiguous environments.Designing innovative sourcing strategies that extend beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn to discover engineers with the right mindset, not just the right credentials.Overseeing the candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding.Enhancing our interview process by refining assessment criteria to identify the traits that contribute to FDE success at Northslope.Utilizing data and metrics to analyze effectiveness, pinpoint bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in our recruitment processes.Engaging candidates by promoting our mission and illustrating the excitement of developing custom AI applications compared to generic SaaS products.You'll have the flexibility to work within a hybrid model, allowing you to organize your time in a manner that maximizes your productivity.
