Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development: Act as the product line expert for Rain, actively participating in sales calls to address technical questions and showcase the platform's features.
- Lead Pre-Sales Implementation: Serve as a customer-facing resource for enterprise clients, assisting in the scoping and visualization of their implementation before contract finalization.
- Project Management of Deals: Maintain the momentum of complex sales cycles, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure enterprise deals progress smoothly.
- Solution Design & Integrations: Function as a technical consultant to assess how Rain integrates with the client's existing systems and define necessary integrations with other partners.
