The Senior Product Researcher will play a central role in building DailyPay’s flagship consumer financial product, aimed at helping millions of workers manage their earned wages. This position works within a collaborative product strategy team and serves as the primary advocate for user perspectives across product, design, engineering, and marketing groups. The role emphasizes applying user-centered design principles at scale to deliver meaningful financial experiences. What you will do Champion the needs and perspectives of DailyPay users throughout product, design, engineering, and marketing initiatives. Design and conduct qualitative research such as in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, and diary studies. Plan and execute quantitative research to complement or challenge qualitative insights. Spot new product opportunities by analyzing user needs, market trends, and behavioral data, with a strong focus on mobile interfaces. Create personas, behavioral archetypes, journey maps, and service blueprints to foster team understanding and highlight key opportunities. Work with product teams to reframe concepts as testable hypotheses. Prototype and organize concept testing with users, targeting essential product flows. Lead workshops to synthesize research findings and develop creative solutions. Participate in user-centered design sprints with cross-functional partners.
