What You'll Do
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team requirements and align on hiring objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and evaluating candidates through various channels, managing the complete recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding. A key aspect of this position is to develop strategies aimed at attracting and retaining diverse technical talent, while proactively creating talent pipelines for current and future needs. Additionally, you will track and analyze essential hiring metrics to enhance recruitment processes and work with cross-functional teams to ensure fairness and efficiency. Representing Brex at events and on social media, you will also champion our employer brand.
Where You'll Work
This role is based in our New York office, operating in a hybrid environment that blends the dynamic energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. We currently require team members to be in the office at least three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the added benefit of up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
