Key Responsibilities
The Senior Strategist's primary role is to leverage insights related to business, brand, culture, and consumer behavior to connect creativity with effective media strategies, delivering impactful ideas that drive measurable business results. Responsibilities include identifying innovative ways to represent the brand across various platforms and touchpoints, collaborating with agency and media teams, and inspiring others to elevate the work produced. This position reports directly to the Head of Strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze client objectives to define the core business challenge.
- Utilize a variety of tools and resources, including consumer panels, to extract valuable data and insights.
- Uncover unique insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Present and advocate for strategic approaches that align with client business goals.
- Develop inspiring briefs that encourage bold and creative connections.
- Design streamlined ecosystems that dictate how, when, and where the brand engages with consumers.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to achieve a cohesive body of work.
- Keep teams informed on key trends, human behaviors, and their implications.
- Lead strategic meetings and present recommendations with confidence.
