The Role: As we expand our People Analytics capabilities, Clear Street is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to report directly to the Head of HR Operations and Workforce Analytics. This role will be instrumental in shaping our People Analytics roadmap and will lead the execution of essential reporting and governance initiatives. Data Foundation Collaborate with Engineering to define the logic and requirements for a canonical HR data model. Translate business inquiries into precise metric definitions and structured data requirements, working alongside Engineering to operationalize these. Ensure data integrity by validating metrics and maintaining a comprehensive data dictionary for long-term scalability. Governance & Standards Establish core workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, and forecasting. Implement data governance practices across HR systems. Facilitate alignment on workforce metrics across HR, Finance, and executive reporting functions. Analytics & Reporting Design and deliver foundational dashboards for headcount, recruitment, and workforce planning, ensuring clarity, usability, and readiness for executive review. Partner with Finance to support workforce forecasting. Provide actionable insights to HR and senior leadership. The Team: This position is part of the People function under the Head of Operations and Workforce Analytics.
