The Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development team lies at the heart of Unity’s most vital growth strategies. As a high-performing, cross-functional unit, we drive both immediate revenue and long-term strategic benefits by crafting partnerships, nurturing new business avenues, and tackling complex challenges across Games, Industry, and Ads—especially at the confluence of AI, data, and the Unity runtime.
Our team acts as the essential link for Unity’s key partners and initiatives, often called upon to dismantle internal obstacles, navigate uncharted territories, and translate strategy into actionable outcomes. We adopt a Unity-first mindset, measuring our success not by ownership but by the company-wide achievements we facilitate.
We are in search of a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to cultivate and expand new business ventures through strategic platform and partnership agreements that will enhance the Unity ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead our strategic partner and platform ecosystem by strengthening existing relationships and assessing new partnership opportunities. Your efforts will align our strategic goals with Product and Engineering, ensuring that product development aligns with new business incubation and Unity’s growth targets. A key focus will be on scaling current initiatives while proactively evaluating potential partners and opportunities through meticulous due diligence, analysis, and presenting insights and recommendations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner Management: Cultivate and manage robust relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and pinpointing new growth avenues.
- New Opportunity Development: Discover, research, and validate new partnership and investment opportunities to scale the business effectively.
- Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Execute in-depth financial analyses, forecasting, and comprehensive due diligence to create strong business cases for or against new ventures and partnership opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Construct commercial frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, and negotiate final agreements.
- Program Execution & Launch: Supervise the rollout and incubation of new partnership-driven programs across vital business verticals such as AI, Platforms, and Commerce.
