We handle everything from cluster configuration and data modeling to load testing and managing production workloads at scale. Utilizing our proprietary experiments platform, we validate new features rapidly, ensuring that we only release enhancements that benefit our users. Our engineers collaborate in cross-functional squads consisting of product, design, analytics, and research teams, all focused on achieving specific performance metrics such as retention.Atlas Growth 2 is responsible for creating customer-facing features within the Atlas platform and works alongside other teams within the Growth engineering division. Recent initiatives have included developing an AI Chatbot for cluster creation, implementing a recommendation system for improved database performance, and designing a pricing page optimized for conversion rates.This role is based in our New York City office and supports both our Flexible and In-Office working models.
