Role overview
The Senior Product Designer will focus on creating user experiences for patent attorneys and other professionals who depend on analytical, detail-oriented workflows. Many of these workflows have remained unchanged for years. The aim is to make Patlytics’ AI tools feel intuitive, reliable, and essential in daily routines.
What you will do
- Work closely with clients, including patent litigators, prosecution teams, and IP strategists, to understand their thinking and challenges.
- Observe real-world workflows and test designs directly with attorneys from leading law firms and Fortune 500 IP departments.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, refining solutions until they become trusted tools for expert users.
- Prioritize user experience and usability over visual polish, ensuring AI-powered features genuinely improve how professionals retrieve and analyze information.
