You will outline and execute our AI roadmap, determining where and how AI can significantly enhance patient experiences, optimize workflows, and bolster operational performance. Your responsibility will include crafting and deploying strategies for conversational agents, workflow automation, and decision intelligence, building the essential infrastructure that elevates patient interactions and fortifies our operational framework.You will connect operational teams with technical partners across Product, IT, Data, and Engineering, transforming business requirements into scalable, systemic solutions. With a deep understanding of the interplay between AI, data, and infrastructure, you will ensure seamless integration of these systems, delivering responsible and measurable AI capabilities.
