Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product and Growth Marketing to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead product marketing efforts and drive demand generation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy of our fintech platform at a critical juncture, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, encompassing brand, product marketing, and demand generation.
Implement initial priorities within the first year to establish our core value proposition, messaging, high-impact content assets, and a website that resonates with our target audience, aiming to generate $5 million in pipeline within the first year.
Manage the marketing budget and performance metrics; intelligently allocate resources to optimize return and pipeline results.
Lead demand generation initiatives, including events, while continuously refining strategies based on data analysis.
Oversee hands-on execution of marketing materials, external communications, and web presence.
Ideal Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with demonstrated success in product marketing and demand generation.
In-depth knowledge of demand generation strategies, performance marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and funnel analytics.
Proven ability to create compelling product narratives for executive-level audiences.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
