You will be instrumental in developing the core systems that drive our product, including but not limited to the provider directory, recommendations, A/B testing for engagement and healthcare outcomes, and product analytics. Your role will be critical in leveraging data to guide members towards optimal healthcare outcomes, collaborating with product managers and engineers to implement high-performing systems at scale. Garner’s member app is designed to navigate members through their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive quality care while maintaining provider affordability and availability.Where You Will Work:This position is based in our New York City office, located in the Financial District. You will be required to work in the office three days a week, specifically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.What You Will Do:Analyze, develop, and report on product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal teams and stakeholders.Evaluate and assess the success of product initiatives through goal setting, A/B testing, forecasting, and monitoring key product metrics to identify trends.Manage projects from inception to completion, including problem definition, implementation, validation, and iteration.Research, create, and maintain data pipelines, statistical models, and advanced analytics solutions.Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, engineering, and operations teams to define product and member engagement metrics and model member behavior.Synthesize and present findings to Garner leadership to influence company-wide decisions.
