This pivotal role merges finance, data, and strategic insight, transforming complex data into actionable insights that promote smarter decisions, increased efficiency, and sustainable growth.At Radar, finance is not just a back-office function; it is a strategic engine. You will work collaboratively with leaders across the organization, influencing major decisions, and playing a crucial role in scaling our operations towards achieving $100M ARR.This position reports to our CFO/COO and is based at our Flatiron HQ in NYC. We maintain an in-office presence Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.Your Responsibilities:Manage comprehensive ARR reporting across various segments and product lines, providing precise, decision-ready insights.Create and maintain dashboards (using Looker, Geckoboard) to monitor ARR and essential SaaS metrics (NRR, LTV/CAC, magic number).Enhance long-term financial modeling, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.Develop models to facilitate planning, fundraising, and board discussions.Collaborate with the CFO/COO and executive team on analyses related to pricing strategies, unit economics, workforce planning, and more.
