Role overview The Senior Key Account Executive joins the Hotel Solutions group, focusing on the Mid Market Key Accounts team. This position is based in either New York, NY or Needham, MA. The team partners with major hotel companies, building strategic relationships that support both client goals and Tripadvisor’s growth. The role centers on understanding client business needs and matching them with Tripadvisor’s suite of solutions. What you will do Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential hotel clients, including some of the industry’s largest brands. Apply a consultative sales approach to highlight Tripadvisor’s value and offer tailored solutions to clients. Use available training, processes, and tools to enhance sales efforts and support professional development. Identify new revenue opportunities and address a variety of client business challenges. Requirements Proven sales experience, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms. Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
