We collaborate with both public and private sector partners across all five boroughs, providing expertise in environmental planning, land use, and zoning to promote land development, neighborhood revitalization, mixed-use and affordable housing projects, as well as renewable energy initiatives.The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing environmental documents and conducting technical studies in alignment with the City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR), New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and various other regulatory frameworks.
