Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Recruiter to identify exceptional talent across all areas of our organization, with a key focus on our post-sales positions, such as the Deployment Strategist. We need a dedicated and results-oriented individual who is passionate about building and nurturing talent pipelines for several high-priority roles. In alignment with Peregrine’s growth trajectory, we seek a proactive recruiter capable of innovatively sourcing and attracting top talent through the complete recruiting lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying both active and passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across various channels.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary screening to assess candidate qualifications.
- Efficiently closing candidates while meeting hiring objectives.
- Collaborating with in-house recruiters and hiring managers to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Maintaining relationships with high-quality prospects to foster engagement.
- Executing sourcing strategies to develop diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
