Your guidance will significantly impact member satisfaction, retention, and our brand’s reputation, reaffirming our dedication to technology-enabled, human-centered care.Key Deliverables in the First 6–12 MonthsDesign and implement an exemplary Signature member journey in the US, achieving measurable enhancements in member satisfaction and retention (Member-first, always).Lead, mentor, and cultivate the US Signature Concierge team, elevating service quality metrics and minimizing escalations through proactive problem-solving (Hard truths, high hopes).Develop and execute a detailed Signature Playbook, encompassing SOPs, tone of voice guidelines, and escalation protocols to ensure consistent, scalable excellence at all interaction points (Chase 10X, not 10%).Enhance cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Clinic teams to refine systems and workflows that support Signature members (Tech-enabled, human-centered).Implement operational improvements to guarantee 100% completion of post-visit follow-ups within 48 hours and ensure a seamless booking/onboarding experience.Facilitate the successful launch of new system features and workflows that enhance personalization and efficiency for Signature members.
