Join VTS as the Director of Solutions, where you will lead and expand our Solutions team, currently comprising five talented members. This role is vital in evolving VTS’s end-to-end platform narrative, merging our Lease and Activate products into a unified, compelling story. You will collaborate closely with the Product team to define how these offerings interconnect—from data to tenant experience—and ensure that this narrative is effectively conveyed in the field. Your contributions will directly affect how customers perceive, adopt, and succeed with our platform while defining how VTS integrates leasing, data, and tenant experience into a market-leading offering. This position is ideal for a highly strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, is data-driven, and possesses exceptional storytelling skills that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities as Director of Solutions: Lead & Develop the Solutions Team Manage and mentor a high-performing team of solutions professionals across both Lease and Activate. Provide leadership and structure to the Solutions function supporting our tenant experience (Activate) product. Establish best practices for demos, storytelling, and customer engagement across the full platform. Build a scalable function aligned with company growth. Own the GTM Narrative Craft and continuously refine VTS’s product storytelling across Lease Abstraction, Activate, and data-driven decision-making. Define and evolve a unified platform narrative that connects leasing, data, and tenant experience. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, value-based outcomes for customers. Ensure consistency across demos, presentations, and all customer-facing materials.
