As the Personal Executive Assistant at Guidepoint, you will offer extensive assistance to the CEO, facilitating smooth professional operations and enhancing their lifestyle experience.
Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating executive outreach, overseeing specialized projects, and serving as a liaison to senior management. Furthermore, you will manage personal and lifestyle-related tasks, such as travel arrangements, concierge services, and conducting in-depth research to support the CEO and their family.
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and adept at exercising sound judgment in various situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative proficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial. This position demands a proactive, resourceful, and discreet professional who flourishes in an entrepreneurial context. The Personal Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with an assistant team and report directly to the CEO.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence in the Flatiron district 2-3 times per week while the CEO is on-site.
