What You Will Do Advise functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the People 'Trio.' Participate as an embedded member in leadership meetings, including staff sessions, offsites, and quarterly business reviews. Guide decisions on compensation for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business changes, ensuring alignment with Unity’s philosophy and governance. Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh guidelines, and recognition programs, working with Compensation and Equity teams as needed. Track market trends, pay practices, promotion rates, and recognition activity, flagging risks and recommending changes to both functional and Total Rewards leadership. Manage compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, providing relevant business context for investment and calibration discussions. Give structured feedback to Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, unique cases, and shifting business needs. Partner with the Compensation Analyst – Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses, ensuring resources are used efficiently. Role Overview Squarespace seeks a Strategic Partner Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of reseller accounts. These accounts play a major role in the company’s annual revenue, contributing over eight figures. This position sits within the Business Development team, focusing on the Reseller Portfolio.
