Primary Responsibilities Swiftly addressing incoming technical support inquiries and challenges. Engaging directly with current and potential customers via phone, text, web chat, and email. Conducting advanced troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and other WAN/LAN networking concerns. Providing direct assistance to the lead engineer.
