As a Maritime Structural Engineer, you will spearhead the development of diverse engineering projects, guiding them from initial concept through to detailed design and construction support. This multifaceted role requires your expertise and insights to effectively deliver our current project portfolio and pursue new opportunities within a collaborative team of engineers.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading design and planning activities for the structural design of maritime and waterfront projects, including container and offshore wind terminals, bulk facilities, marinas, ports and harbors, as well as coastal resiliency and protection initiatives.
- Conducting planning and design activities for new buildings and the rehabilitation of existing structures.
- Independently preparing calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports while overseeing deliverables created by junior structural engineers.
- Performing quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings.
- Contributing to the development of technical scopes and design fee estimates in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines, both in-house and with subconsultants, as necessary, and participating in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables.
- Conducting condition assessments and site visits as required.
- Occasionally providing on-site support depending on project needs.
- Collaborating closely with a technical lead and project manager to ensure the success of both technical and business aspects of projects.
