Role Overview
The Life Sciences team at Tandem collaborates with the world's foremost biopharma companies to expedite patient access to therapies—utilizing real-time data, AI, and operational excellence to remove barriers and prove impact. We navigate the intersection of strategy, operations, and client relations to deliver significant outcomes that ensure our partners' success.
As the Life Sciences Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for the post-sale success, expansion, and enduring influence of our key biopharma partnerships. These are complex, multi-brand, multi-year collaborations central to our business, necessitating structured problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and effective executive communication. You will initiate new programs, lead internal and client-facing teams, establish scalable systems, and become a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
This role demands high autonomy and responsibility. You will be required to adopt an ownership mentality and dedicate yourself to the success of Tandem.
