Provide training to Legal teams on utilizing the platform and effectively communicating the benefits of digitized subscription documents to their fund manager clients. Establish a regular review process for partners, including monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to monitor referral volume and platform utilization. Oversee partner data and lead management within the CRM, collaborating with the Sales team to ensure all referrals are tracked and followed up appropriately. Deliver ongoing internal updates on the status of the law firm channel, pinpointing firms that require re-engagement and those that are thriving. Role overview The Compliance Associate/VP will manage daily compliance operations for the company’s investment advisory services. This position involves close attention to regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring that all activities align with SEC rules and industry standards.
